Description |
Three identical apartments in a luxurious, newly constructed building in front of the sea. The apartment block has a direct exit to the beach, it also has a swimming pool, parking space, gardens and a playground.
The apartments have two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed in the living room, complete bathroom, american style kitchen and a terrace with sea view. They are fully furnished and totally equipped with electro domestics and all other utilities, bed linen and towels included.
The apartments are located in a charming, quiet zone. They are very well communicated thanks to the Mediterraneo highway. Málaga is 15 minutes away, therefore guests can enjoy all its tourists attractions such as the old town, the cathedral, the Picasso museum, etc. There is a bus stop 100 m away. Some golf clubs are between 5 and 15 Kms away. Approximatly an hour away from the apartments guests can find Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski station.
Depending on the season the apartments can be rented for 3 days. The prices depend not only on the season but also on the stay length. In high season (from 1/07 to 15/09), the apartemtns can be rented just for 15 days (from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the 31st).

- At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a damage deposit of 150€. This deposit is refundable when returning the keys.
